Welcome to Essence

We offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy that is uniquely tailored to support you as an individual. We work with adults and young people across East Sussex from Counselling Rooms in Eastbourne and Newick, or via online video.
We are also able to offer Clinical Supervision.
